Can’t say enough great things about Allstar Alarm!! On a Saturday of a Holiday weekend Mark helped me silence an alarm at my business that could not be silenced due to a short. The alarm was bothering the neighbors next to my building causing several calls to the fire department. Mark was patient with me as he walked me through the steps. Having techs on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week is such a plus for situations like this!! Thanks Mark and the Allstar team including Shannon at dispatch who helped me!!

I thought the man who did my service today was amazing. I think his name was Andy. Very professional and easy to work with. Constantly kept me in the loop and made it so I did not need to go back. He cleared the issues and performed a thorough inspection. I am glad he came out to help and we soon after received an A rating from the fire Marshall. Thank you Andy, I appreciate you working in this time and helping us so promptly and going the extra mile to find that box.

I had an on-call technician go above and beyond in his relationship with our company. A situation occurred at my building after hours and he received a phone call from one of my customers that technically he did not have to take as it was a door issue and not an alarm. He took the gentleman's name and phone number and called me personally to inform me what was going on. Thank you Mario!

Allstar has been protecting us for 8 years. Their service has been excellent from the time they set up our system during construction to our system upgrading to wireless. Monitoring has been outstanding.
